Return & Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable regulations, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the day following receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any justification.

The withdrawal request must be made through a clear statement expressing your intention to withdraw. An acknowledgment of receipt will be sent to you by email.


Return Conditions

You have 14 days from receipt of the parcel to return the relevant item(s).

The following conditions must be met:

  • Return shipping and customs costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging or equivalent

  • Items must be in perfect condition

  • Shipping conditions (carrier, insurance) must be at least equivalent to those of the initial shipment

Refunds

In the event of a valid exercise of the right of withdrawal:

  • The refund applies to the product amount only

  • Initial shipping and customs fees are non-refundable

  • The refund will be processed after receipt and inspection of the returned items

  • The refund will be issued no later than the statutory period of 14 days

⚠️ Failure to collect or accept delivery of a parcel does not constitute a valid refund request.

No refund requests will be accepted after the legal withdrawal period, unless expressly agreed by THE VINTAGE ICONS.


Shipping, Losses and Liability (Reminder)

  • In the event of loss of an insured parcel, a refund may be issued after compensation by the carrier

  • In the event of an incorrect address or return marked “undeliverable” (NPAI), the seller cannot be held liable

  • Any reshipment will incur new shipping costs
