Shipping Policy
Delivery Areas
Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of order.
Deliveries are available in France and internationally, according to the options offered at checkout.
Shipping Methods
Shipping is handled by a carrier selected by THE VINTAGE ICONS.
Any request to use a different carrier must be subject to prior approval and will be carried out at the customer’s own risk.
If the customer chooses their own carrier, THE VINTAGE ICONS cannot be held responsible in the event of loss or damage.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of order for informational purposes only.
Unless otherwise specified, delivery will take place without undue delay and no later than 30 days, in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Delivery delays do not entitle the customer to compensation where such delays are not attributable to THE VINTAGE ICONS or result from a case of force majeure.
Order Tracking
Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a confirmation email including, where available, a tracking link allowing them to follow the shipment until delivery.
Transfer of Risk
The risk of loss or damage to the parcel is transferred to the customer:

when the customer, or a third party designated by them (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the parcel; or
-
where a carrier other than the one proposed by THE VINTAGE ICONS is chosen, upon handover of the parcel to the carrier.
Insurance and Lost Parcels
Given the value of certain items, shipping insurance may be automatically taken out with the carrier.
In the event of loss of an insured parcel, THE VINTAGE ICONS may proceed with a refund after effective compensation by the carrier, subject to the submission of the required supporting documents.
Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Parcels
THE VINTAGE ICONS cannot be held responsible for:

an error in the delivery address provided by the customer;

a parcel returned marked “undeliverable” (incorrect or unknown address);

or a parcel not collected by the customer.
Any reshipment will be subject to new shipping fees, payable by the customer.
